Refund Policy: Refunds for astrological consultations are generally not provided. However, if you are not satisfied with the consultation, you may raise a request with our support team.
For chat-based consultations, the refund request will be subject to a review by our team, and if approved, up to 50% of the consultation fee may be refunded.
For call-based consultations, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If you need to cancel your Pooja service or Maha Yaga, you must do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of the Pooja.
Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made within 72 hours of the Pooja day.
- Once a Pooja is completed, refunds for damaged or spoiled Prasadam will not be processed, as Prasadam may include perishable items such as flowers that can spoil during shipment.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Return and Refund Policy:
- Refunds for gemstones and Rudrakshas will only be processed if the inner package is undamaged.
- If the gemstone or Rudraksha is damaged due to shipment, customers should first raise a return request with our support team by sending a photo of the damaged product.
- After successfully raising the return request, customers need to send the damaged product along with a copy of the bill of the order to our storeroom address, which is listed on the Contact Us page of our website.
- After receiving the damaged product and the bill copy, our concerned team will review the refund request. The review process will determine the eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds for gemstones and Rudrakshas will be processed within 3-5 working days after the completion of the review by the concerned team.
- Timeline: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Method of Refund: The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Note: All refund and return requests must be submitted in writing via our support channels. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not comply with the policies outlined above.
